247- Kamal Johnson Discusses Race, Politics, and Media Influence
What if understanding the term "foundational Black Americans" could change the reparations conversation in America? Join us as we welcome back the thought-provoking Kamal Johnson to discuss the complexities of political identity and the shifting dynamics in minority voting patterns. Together, we explore the power of language in shaping perceptions and the importance of incorporating diverse opinions to address systemic issues effectively. Kamal brings his sharp insights to the table, challenging assumptions and advocating for a transactional approach to politics, particularly among Black and Latino communities.
Our conversation intensifies as we critique the sluggish progress on reparations and the hypocrisy surrounding political leaders' policies on Black Americans and immigration. We delve into historical injustices like the Tulsa Massacre and the economic displacements that have hindered Black communities' growth. From California's political maneuvers to the call for economic empowerment, we tackle the urgent need for reparations and hold politicians accountable for their promises. Kamal and I passionately argue for accountability and the role of reparations in achieving true equality.
Finally, we examine the theatrical nature of today's political landscape, questioning the superficiality of recent debates and the performative tendencies of media platforms. With a touch of humor, we critique the presidential candidates' lack of substance and the skewed priorities of mainstream news outlets. Through candid discussions on voter apathy, political corruption, and the need for more engaging leaders, this episode provides a nuanced understanding of the intersections between race, politics, and media in America today. Tune in for a dynamic conversation that challenges the status quo and inspires thoughtful reflection.

all right, welcome everyone to politically high tech with your host, elias. I have an exciting return and, trust me, I'm happy to actually have this guest back Because it was not just entertaining, he even had some intelligent points and to me, I think that's the my favorite, favorite type of guest. And I said it's ideal criteria. You gotta fit into one, but if you fit into multiple, you're excellent in my book. And, trust me, I don't care if you agree or disagree here. Okay, that's not the point.
Speaker 2:The point is don't be like babies and just want to cancel the person just because your feelings is hurt. Grow up, you know just like. Oh, diversity is strength. Well, diverse opinions Is strength. That's how you come with the best Plan to tackle complicated Issue.
Speaker 2:Okay, is it hard? Of course it's hard. No one says it's easy. If they are, they're lying and, trust me, as a native New Yorker, we can smell that lie From blocks away. And as a New Yorker, I could say I just don't deal with ads online. I deal with ads in live, in person, people trying to hustle you from even for a water bottle. Okay, so let's be very clear about that.
Speaker 2:Yes, I compare it to that because it it's real, especially, uh, being on new york. I'm sure other cities got it, but I don't think that's grand and that's crazy and that's even over the top as new york. Okay, all right, besides my random monologue, here I'm, I. I could go on this monologue for at least 20 minutes without trying, but I don't want to do that. I don't want to do that. I want to introduce him again to you, especially if you're new and for some reason, my audience are attracting elderly people. That's good. Now, you know. Now, all millennials are crazy and good for y'all, you know, um, even though y'all disagree with us, just because you, you know, we both grew up in different times. I mean, come on, 80s, 90s, 2000s completely different from freaking 50s, 60s and 70s, completely different, right, in so many ways. But enough of that. I ain't going to compare histories or whatever. I'm not going to talk about that. We all want to talk about some politics, though, and then we're going gonna see what happens from here. Yes, I'm doing a little call back to a little end of flair to see where it goes.
Speaker 2:I don't believe in scripts. All I have is like a basic outline that a five-year-old could do better than me in, because I want free flow. I want to have a starting point that we unlock different parts of this journey, because I like a free-flowing conversation and that's what I try to do here. I have different voices the left, the right and independent. Even though my thing was favoring the right, I invite more left-leaning guests, just to try to balance this out. It's purple, not red. Okay, that's why the logo's purple at the end of the day, because I'm a hybrid, independent person and I try to put as much perspective out there as I'm trying to have a hybrid.
Speaker 2:All right, but enough of me talking, let me shut up. Let me introduce kamal johnson. He is funny, maybe at times controversial, if you're sensitive, let's be real. He's not the most controversial person in the room, I'll tell you that much. I've heard crazier stuff and and I just said wow, this's still got a platform. Yeah, I mean, I forget I should have got this YouTube channel's name. The jokes that this YouTube channel has put was blatantly racist and yet they weren't canceled. I said how is this possible? Youtube People that have a bot. Not that I support cancel culture, but if you're going to be consistent, this channel should have been canceled. So I'm calling YouTube out right here.
Speaker 1:I don't have a.
Speaker 2:YouTube channel. I gotta call you out YouTube. I like you, but I gotta call you out. This guy practically ran unscathed. Of course, the comment section saw that. You know, ooh, the comment section. Sometimes that's the best and the worst part of YouTube. Let's be very clear the best and the worst parts of YouTube. But I don't want to make this too random. Just click on YouTube. Just be more consistent. I think you should be more free. But let me introduce Kamal Johnson here. He has his own show. He gives his takes on politics, pop culture, especially the perspective benefiting primarily Black Americans. Okay, that's his niche.
Speaker 1:I see you learning, bro. You said Black Americans, they're not African Americans. Appreciate you, bro.
Speaker 2:No, yeah, no, I you know what. It was a hard thing for me to learn. At my heart I agreed. But habit the brain, you know, sometimes a little slow. I just say black Americans. That's the best thing To me, it's simple, it's more to me. More you know, more actual in my opinion.
Speaker 1:I appreciate that man, appreciate that you actually listening to us to in the grassroots. You feel me I'm, um, one of the people part of the black media. You feel me. I like to shout out. You know my fba fam, my b1 fam, my freeman fam, ados fam and, uh, everybody else. You feel me like the allies too, even though we got a small, minus, minuscule amount of allies, as you see, you feel me and with that, yeah, we are changing into where we are FBAs, foundational Black Americans.
Speaker 1:Because, as you can see, reparations is being more and more talked about, it's more and more in the lexicon, it's getting closer and closer to us getting it. It's getting closer and closer to us getting it and we're not trying to have it be pulled right under from us by having us be known as African-Americans. Because, you know, if a person comes over here like, let's say, they have somebody from Kenya, right, meet somebody from Nigeria In America, they have a baby, that baby's technically African American, do they deserve reparations for the wrongdoings that have happened to my people? I think not. That's why we're changing it to a foundational Black America. You know why? Because America wouldn't fucking exist excuse my French if it wasn't for us. We know what happened when certain hues of people was trying to do it on their own, aka Jamestown. Y'all was eating each other's asses, and not in a good way. Y'all was cooking it up, sauteing it like damn really tastes good. Little kiddies like oh my God, yes it like damn billy tastes good. Little kitty's like oh my god, yeah, yeah, then we can't. Not only, though, did y'all take us from parts of africa, caribbean, which you intermingled us with the, uh, black americans that was already here intermingling with the red Native Americans. You know the Asian type of phenotype Native Americans, which, if you go back, you start realizing like some of them, tribes kind of backstabbed the Black American tribes, and then we intermingled people they brought from Africa and Caribbean and stuff. That's how we have our ethnogenesis right now Us, the Black Americans. So a little bit of history for y'all. Some of y'all probably get confused about what's a Black American man. Well, there you go, alright, yeah, I just wanted to put that in there, and it's like. I appreciate you, elias, you feel me For having me come back on gear and actually using the correct term Us as black Americans. You feel me.
Speaker 1:Before we get into it, though, you know, kamal Johnson Network is where you can find my news channels. Am I controversial, who the hell knows? I know I get a lot of flack. I know I get a lot of love. Hell, I had to. I was Speaking of YouTube comments.
Speaker 1:I gotta call out this dweeb. And Look, michael Coffey. Shut your ass up, man, goddamn. Every time I talk about reparation. Man, you wasn't evicted in the same free man. Shut your goofy ass up, man, god damn we. You ain't saying nothing to the japanese americans that got reparations from ronald reagan. Shout out to dj that uh, actually, uh, gave me that information. You ain't saying nothing to look the jewish people that's getting repar and all these people deserve their reparations.
Speaker 1:But damn it, stop talking about our shit once we try to put it on the table. Y'all be like man. I wasn't no slave master man, I wasn't even up to the button. Man, you're going to buy Jordans and chicken wings and blah, blah, blah. Who gives a rat's ass? We're going to make America great.
Speaker 1:Keyword make America great Key word make America great. Not again. When the frick has America been great for us black Americans like that? Now we hold our own, all right, we ain't living in like squalor and like the slums and shit and shit like that. Even in the goddamn the hoods and ghettos, y'all want to talk about that shit. We ain't living with no water or no like plumbing and shitting in the damn streets.
Speaker 1:Well, I mean, elias, I'm sorry to say I've been seeing the clips in new york. I don't know what's going on, but damn it, I've been seeing some stuff out there and I've been wanting to ask you some questions. All right, I'm, I'm, I don't. The new york is getting a little. All right, so, but you get my, you get my. Just so, bro, like we don't, we, we ain't living in the most impoverished, but it ain't being uh great for us.
Speaker 1:But if you pay us our reparations, which is coming from the government, for you idiotic imbeciles, is like man, I'm just gonna kill my pocket. Yeah, I can't do it, you idiot. Come from the government, all right, from our damn taxes. We all paying it. We already paid to the native americans, we paid the Japanese Americans, we paid the Jewish Americans. Why not give it to us so we can make America great, so we can stimulate the economy? Hell, you're sending the shit out to Ukraine. I think they sent some more money to damn Ukraine. They giving freaking money to immigrants. That's coming over here and that's facts. Okay, and for you idiots out there, that's gonna be like. And for you idiots out there, there's going to be like damn you sound Mac, is you Mac? No, you idiot.
Speaker 1:I'm an independent. I look at policy. I look at Kamala Harris policies. Now look at Donald Trump policy and right now, man, they policies for us as black Americans ain't looking good, unless you in certain parts of the United States. Now, if you in parts of the Chi, new York, hell, colorado we've seen how the immigrants is coming over there, undermining our black community. Well, damn it, I could see you voting for Trump because he is more tough on immigration. I know, I know you're going to be like well, it's hard to build a wall on the wall. It wasn't completed, but, damn it, he was tougher on illegal immigrants coming in in the first place. God damn it.
Speaker 1:And we know jim crow, biden and kamala mamie harris they, they, they immigration policies is very light and very relaxed, okay, and we see what happens when they get, when immigrants come into a red state like Texas, and we have the goddamn I can't believe I'm going to say this goddamn cocksucker's name Greg Abot his hoe ass. You see what they do? Send them to sanctuary cities. And let me tell you something they send them to black sanctuary cities because, god damn, I live in a sanctuary city indigo you know predominantly what racist indigo. Okay, all right.
Speaker 1:So, with that being said, like, yeah, I could see some people voting for trump and voting for the mega man, but, damn it, I ain't one of them, uh-uh. Nah, I'm seeing the policies and how they talking about us getting reparations in that oh, full gazey bullshit that trump said like, look at kamala harris, project 2025 plan, taxpayer fund, uh, uh, funding reparations. First of all, kamala ain't doing that she talk about. She want to study, study what we we done did social studies. What the hell? What more do we have to study about slavery and us getting reparation? I think we studied enough. Damn it, we gonna ace that test. Is there a better grade than the A++? Because that's what we gonna get if we study slavery at this point. And us getting cash reparation.
Speaker 1:To start out with F, that old education shit. I can't pay my rent with education. I can't pay grocery education. Now, when, when they start, when they start having education, we could pay rent education. Oh, you know, I mean, well damn it, I won't be a million, I'm gonna be a gazillion youaire, you feel me. Elon Musk status, all right. Jeff Bezos status Okay, I'm going to give you a black billionaire, byron Donald status. Oh, y'all didn't think I knew black billionaires. God damn it, I do. All right, but what I'm saying is everything, just like Wu-Tang says cash, dollar, dollar bill, y'all rules everything, you feel me. And the point is, you can't start shit if you ain't got no cash. And that's what we're struggling with is economically Okay, that's what we're struggling with. So, yeah, man, like we need cash reparations to start out with.
Speaker 1:Do not be on this old boyish Talking about Um, what are you going to spend your money on? Are you going to spend it on Jordans? Well, give us a rat's ass. We can spend it on fried chicken, watermelon, cadillacs, you feel me. I know damn well a good majority of us Ain't going to spend it on that. We're going to spend it on institutions and spend it on assets and stuff like that. That's what y'all really afraid of, you feel me. But who gives a rat ass what we spend our reparation money on? And let me say this one last thing, and then we probably could switch the topic of this stuff. Man, you motherfuckers out there trying to do another study for the Tulsa Massacre that happened in Oklahoma. No, you better pay our goddamn elders and the descendants of the elders they saying it today.
Speaker 1:Oh, the DOJ is going to do lightsman investigation, some old Inspector Gadget investigation. It's more detective work. Find out more what happened. We don't need to find out more what happened. We already saw it, it's there. It's there. We got the bro Google. You ask Google. We got them books. We learned social studies and yeah, bro. So I know I went off on a tangent, but damn it, I had to say something.
Speaker 2:You know I was definitely in the historical part and I know some of you are going to get butt hurt, but you know me as a host. I don't care. I have invited other controversial people on this show, oh yeah.
Speaker 2:I heard Last time, the last time. We still have the First Amendment. Unless you take it away, I'll call you a communist. I don't give you a Democrat Republican. You're a communist in my book, okay, if you want to attack that. But I want to add some things or even compliment what you were saying. I mean in terms of tulsa, especially that tulsa massacre.
Speaker 2:There's already been more. The documentation is abundant. Okay, it's been well researched, well documented. I think that's just an excuse for them just to cop out, pretend they're doing something and then they cop out. I love when they say they have to do a study, even what they did in New York and Central Park. That was established in even a successful Black community. The real estate developers wiped that out. That's New York history regarding black Americans. Now we're actually doing well, mind you, middle class neighborhood wiped out. You already know what it is today A nice touristy spot with the most wealthiest of the wealthy living there. Okay, I think the average income there if I'm not exaggeratingating I gotta double check it's probably the millions God damn Billion dollars. And then, of course, rental the low end is like a half a mil. The high end Is definitely the multi millions I wish I was exaggerating.
Speaker 1:Can I interject? That's what we call generational wealth how they build off of Go proceed.
Speaker 2:It's okay. No, yeah, yeah, definitely generational wealth Moving out of there rich Mommy and daddy coming to New York. I think there's one. You said generational wealth, there's that for sure. And there's also a group of adventurous people, I want to say, who got tired of living their comfortable lifestyle and want to experience the action, the capital of action in quotes, new York City. Well, I saw a few of them became homeless. Yeah, I've seen a couple of them become homeless. They are part of that homeless population. They just slurge that money. It's what you do with the money here. It's your mindset what you do with that money. You can have, you could make millions of dollars, but we still spend like a drunken sailor. You don't be poor. So to your poor generational wealth, yeah, those who doing me poor. So to your poor generational wealth, yeah, those who still got it third generation, fourth generation, heck, even fifth generation.
Speaker 2:Those are wise rich. There's a dumb rich. I just spend it like money is infinite, like money comes out of thin air or grows on trees, literally. I saw a couple of them became homeless. I said I just I shake my head. I feel a little bad for them, but at the same time I shake my head I said if you had at least half of intellect, you could have preserved it so easy. If you would have got my brain and your wealth. Forget it. I would be buying towers, but that's not happening. I don't want to get too much of a fantasy land with them. They were buying, they're buying everybody.
Speaker 1:What are we gonna buy? They're buying cars, buying puss. You're girls. They like oh, y'all gonna spin on. And we like oh, we see what y'all spinning on, okay yeah, those are the ones eventually end up broke.
Speaker 2:Yep, just show off. Show off to a bunch of fake people that don't care about you. As soon as you become homeless, they'll act like they never knew you. Mm-hmm, okay, you keep pressing people that you don't care about.
Speaker 2:I can't feel bad for you. You know the Bible says people like that have strong delusions. You keep living in BS. You keep living stupid. You're going to get stupid outcomes. That's it. That's it. That's what I'm going to say about that. In terms of reparations, there's been multiple states talking about Wisconsin. I was a little surprised. They started their talk. Definitely, california. California always takes the lead when it comes to progressive issues. Oh yeah, I got something to say about that too. Oh my god. Oh, I want to hear your thing, because I don't got. All I got is like surface level opinion on that one. I want to hear that okay.
Speaker 1:Well, here it goes, man. First of all, f? Uh, gavin new scum, you was definitely about to be president 2028. You're a democrat. You know that Democrats need us Black Americans and Black people to vote for y'all to get into office. Your ass ain't getting into office, along with your rest of your flunkies from the CLBC, which is the California Legislative of Black Caucus.
Speaker 1:For some of y'all that don't know what that is, okay, they stomped out on a couple of our reparation bills. That was the most important. They stomped out on a funding mechanism for us freedmen to start a funding process for us to get our reparations. And when they did all that sabotaging and where they didn't get the bill on the floor, for Gavin Newsom to even sign it or veto it, and the people that did that was like Mia Bonta, reggie Sawyer, yo punk ass, who else? Goddamn Corey Jackson, isaac Bryan, the rest of them, freaking wonkies and Tina McKenna Y'all all could go EAD, all right. And then we got Gavin Gavin, the white Jafar Newsome. We're out here. He ain't gonna, first of all, veto the one bill that has with the money, and his Goddamn weak ass excuse was Well, he didn't have the funding, so he slicked back here. Well, how can I sign it in? There's no funding mechanism. You know why? Because you sabotaged it with the rest of your flunkies. All right, then they want to have this weak ass apology that they passed. You could turn that son of a bitch sideways and stick it right up your candy ass, gavin Newsom, to the rest of the COBC flunkies and the rest of them that sabotaged our reparation bills, god damn man. And they expect our vote. They expect our vote doing that crap man.
Speaker 1:And then here's a doozy Yabbing. Newsome vetoed the bill where black families could reclaim their land that was stolen from an eminent domain. Now I know some of y'all is like what the hell is eminent domain? Is that a website? No, eminent domain is where the government can be like they get you the burman, the burman heroes, and like, hey yo, that land right there could be beneficial to us, hmm, hmm. And they'd be like, well, it's black families that live there. The government like I don't give a rat's ass, we gonna build a freeway right here, shit like that. Or what happened at Bruce Beach. You get what I'm saying. Yeah, that's eminent domain. And Gavin Newsom vetoed the bill to help black families reclaim that land from eminent domain. But you know what he signed in. He signed in a bill for Jewish people and shout out to them man, get what y'all get. You feel me, to reclaim their art and other things stolen from them, from the Nazis.
Speaker 1:But they want our freaking black vote. I think not, mm-mm, mm-mm, mm-mm, not today. Hell. No, we want something for our vote. Our vote is not for free. How, like Steve Harvey said, what the hell is Steve Harvey talking about? The black vote not for sale? Ha ha, the black vote not for sale. Shut your ass up, steve Harvey. You already got your money. You know how you got your money and I'll say, allegedly, you know we don't want to get Tasha Cade or sued and shit like that, but damn it, you got your money through the ad money from Kamala Harris ad campaign funds. You said it. You didn't know, you were saying it. You said it. So, damn it, you got paid. Your black vault was for sale. Damn it, our vault is for sale too, and right now, people that's trying to buy our goddamn vault we looking like we don't want to sell it to their ass, just saying.
Speaker 2:You hear that. Are you going to quit? Yet I want to play a Jesus thing. Jesus doesn't, please. I ain't pleasing either. Go on ahead. This is your chance. Just to tune it out. Cancel us from your ears. If you're watching this, even worse. Oh well, listen. I value opinions. You know, even if it's vastly different, um, from mine. And you know, it's true, all the groups got their reparations. They had to put as much fight I mean, maybe the exception to jew they've been. They go through a lot of stuff for a very long time but you know, I think you know what.
Speaker 2:At first I was kind of against it. I'm not going to lie, at first I was kind of against it. But after looking into it my mind has changed. My mind has actually changed on that. You see, that's the thing with me. I don't know much about it, I have a soft opinion. I look deeper into it, deeper into it and I say you know what? Yeah, yeah, actually, why not? We've done it before For other groups of people Japanese Americans they didn't go as much.
Speaker 2:I mean, they went through tough times. So you know, black Americans have went through at least A couple centuries of hard times. Japanese Americans, yeah, they went through their hard times, especially World War II. You know, when it comes to big war conflict, that's when the American racism creeps right back up. It's a major conflict, not even just racism, prejudism in general.
Speaker 2:And look, as much as my overall opinion on race issue is, I go case by case, because there are some people that just yell racism because your day is bad. Sorry, boo, you're not that special. We all got hard times. That's not good enough. If you've been wrong and there's evidence of black americans being wrong, evidence documented there's no need for study, maybe with the exception of, probably, genealogy, but other than that, other than that, when it comes to historical context, no, no, no, just connect the dots. That's the only thing I could probably say. Other than that, there's no need for study. It's well documented already. This is not some new history that just popped out of the blue. It's been documented for at least centuries. Alright, and as a historian I could probably say just popped out of the blue.
Speaker 2:It's been documented for at least centuries, all right, and as a historian I could probably say that. And I have looked on multiple websites. And were there Black Americans that were free during slavery? Yeah, a few, far between, based on what evidence suggests but there was a lot of them that were captured and they were enslaved. I'm not going to wash that out just to make certain, just make certain people comfortable. No, I, I rather have the ugly truth than the beautiful lie. Yeah, I've been saying I rather have the ugly truth than the beautiful lie.
Speaker 2:Problem in society we are, we are high on a drug called toxic positivity. Oh, no, we don't want to hear negativity. No, no, no, no. We need to grow up. America, america as a nation, she is just becoming an adult. She's not innocent. She needs to get her act together Because America is innocent. America is innocent. No, she needs to grow up. Yeah, she needs to mature. She needs to grow up. Yeah, she needs to mature. She needs to do the right thing.
Speaker 2:And you know and I like the point that you know Democrats always expect A free black vote. Sadly, some are for sale, but they always have that expectation. They're entitled and Put a little Latino spin to it. More Latinos are going to Either Republicans or we just sit it now. I mean Latinos A little more complicated, put a little Latino spin to it. More Latinos are going to either Republicans or we just sit it now. I mean Latinos are a little more complicated, they're progressive Latinos, they're conservative Latinos, they're moderate Latinos, but more Latinos are going to Republicans Because some of them love the traditional culture and that's something that Dems just don't get. Some of them are going towards a quote-unquote tough guy.
Speaker 2:The reason I say quote-unquote for trump because he ducked out the vietnam draft. Let's not forget about that. He could talk a good game. I mean, sometimes he delivers and, of course, sometimes he doesn't. The wall you barely got him. You barely got a block of a wall. That was livery there. But in terms of immigration policy, this is why Republicans are doing better, because having this wide, open border is creating much of the chaos and it does affect for the perspective of New York. New York City bad now is even losing out to Jersey. It's only a bridge away. So if New York gets a problem, eventually New Jersey's going to get it.
Speaker 2:That's just the way it is, and of course, they're going to take over Jersey City because it's right over there. It's an ocean away. It is an ocean away Not very far from Manhattan. That's all I'm going to say about that little geography, little context to add to, especially the immigration issue and, trust me, they be acting up, especially the Venezuelans in particular, damn.
Speaker 1:I heard a woman say one time call them Venezuelans, oh that is a very, very spicy.
Speaker 2:A woman say one time call them Benzoalians. Ooh, that is a very, very spicy statement.
Speaker 1:Benzoalians. I'm like who the hell is a Benzoalian? I get you Benzoalians. I get what you're saying. You feel me.
Speaker 2:But look, I know it's not all you Benzoalians are bad, but sadly, this bunch, the ones that are coming in recently I feel sorry for the ones that have been trying to do good in this country. The ones coming in recently are making out look all kinds of bad and I'm going to be honest. Some are in gangs, some even a Spanish TikTok. He said in Spanish come to America, you get a free home. You know how popular tiktok is. That's pushing that as well. And this even though it's a month ago, but we still suffering from it, even though the immigration problem has calmed down a bit, because it's definitely not as crazy. But when it happened, the mayor abs, all we, the Batsap probably got real big. Oh no, no, this is too much. This is too much. I knew he was going to cry.
Speaker 2:He's Republican on some of his beliefs. Okay, if you investigate this crook that's disguised as a cop or Eric Adams, all right, he's a crook. I never voted for him. I voted Republican in that race because I know the Republican was a much better candidate. He knows New York and, to be honest, he's very moderate. He's even anti-MACA, which is a beautiful plus for me. That's an easy vote for me Easy vote. I'd have to think hard, even though he acts like a goofball sometimes, I think that's only what was his name? Curtis Sliwa, okay, the leader of the Guardian, the ex-leader of the Guardian Angels? I mean, he was protecting streets for practically free, hmm, okay, and he's a. He's an animal lover, and that actually got a couple of liberal votes, but that wasn't enough.
Speaker 1:The, the, he should have said he liked pussy hey, man, I'm just saying trying to get them votes, man, you feel me. Hey, either that or um, what else do uh democrats? Animals talk, talk about the environment or abortions. That's, that's a big thing, very big thing. You feel me? Yeah, since we on Eric Adams, you feel me?
Speaker 1:And I did want to interject and say one thing prior before we go to that, because you brought up a good thing, you brought up race, and a lot of times people try to correlate with Black Americans and Black people get know, black people get programs to race. We're not doing that shit because it gets killed in the goddamn uh court every time. Lineage, lineage, lineage. That's all we're going by, if you are. We're going to do freedom because that's already in the courses. Right, we saw what happened to the fearless fund and that weasel Ed Blum Killing off the program because they wanted to get specifically to black women, but they're doing it race based. So no more programs race based. Because, god damn it, I hate to say it, ed Bl, ed bloom was right. You can't give stuff race base but lineage base. You actually can, and this cocksucker used our own civil rights that we fought for. You throw me against. So I wanted to say that. Interject with that, you feel me, and let people know that's how we go on when it comes about these programs for us and stuff like that, now tear gaps.
Speaker 1:Do you think they caught his ass up because he went against the Democratic program, because he was at first for like, yeah, we'll get the immigrants over here, they're great swimmers, we're going to give them jobs, money and stuff. And then it started getting out of control. And then all of a sudden, now all his dirty deeds is coming out and he got all the people from the naacp, all the people that walked during the civil rights. You feel me that they ain't done shit for us black americans.
Speaker 1:By the way, just letting you know that right now he was doing, doing all the hymns and stuff. They were singing the negro spirituals and stuff like that, and at the same time y'all took I don't know who the brother was, the sister was that was yelling at eric, eric adams, telling you ain't done shit for the black community and us, the black americans. But yeah, he was, he was telling them that. And then eric adams and his uh, his flunkies behind him started singing overcome, we're going to get through this. Yeah, yeah, my ass. You're going to speak for what you've done. But Elias, do you think that he's going through this because of you know he's going against the Democratic program in the Senate, to use that exact term I should be using more of allegedly as a possibility.
Speaker 2:I mean, the timing will suggest that because he's done a lot of dirty stuff, decades worth of dirty stuff, so I will agree with that theory.
Speaker 1:Okay.
Speaker 2:Theory, theory. And on top of that, he's stupid and reckless too. So that's what exacerbated you know being you know buddy-buddy with the Turkish people? Yeah, he got favors with them and he even bypassed laws, strict laws about coding, and what I mean by code is make sure that it's following legal procedure, make sure it has multiple fire exits. All this, no, no, no, just fill it for them.
Speaker 2:So this guy is corrupt, there's no doubt about it. Alright, and he's been corrupt, and I never, I've never been a big fan of him. Nope, never been. And I'm happy that I was right. I'm not surprised, I'm right.
Speaker 2:And people who are wise doesn't matter what skin color. I was looking for wisdom. They saw him as corrupt and, believe it or not, a lot of black americans even saw through them very easily, especially the especially, I would say, the Gen Xers. He's no good. He's no good. So you know, the problem is the reason why he won that race because not many people vote. Yeah, it's a voting issue. Not many people vote, not many people. Even though I have a lot of Democrats it's 85% Democrat overall New York City A lot of them didn't vote. I saw the margins. There was a way that Curtis Lee should have won, but he need to stop that fooling around on stuff acting like a character. Stop acting like a radio character, put that stuff aside. I was my biggest criticism Stop acting like a radio character. I was like, oh, I could have come back. We got rats and all this, bro, we could do with the rats later. Rats is at least our problem, which we do. Got a pretty bad rat problem, by the way.
Speaker 1:Yeah the rats we had a rat song.
Speaker 2:We have a specific government position for rats. Alright, I wish I was kidding, but it's real. We live in Bizarro.
Speaker 1:Land. Hey, master Splinter is like look, this is my town. Now Ratatouille, can you like? Yeah?
Speaker 2:Ratatouille. Jerry, you got people's here. You got people's here. I don't know about Mickey Mouse, he's been stuck up, bud.
Speaker 1:That is hilarious man. That is hilarious man, that is hilarious. But I did have to ask you that, bro, because I was like man that is wild, that the timing, the timing seems a little suspect, Timing seems a little suspect. But hey, man, at the end of the day, man, this is what happens when you mess over your own people, Happens every time. You know you feel me. Hey, maybe him and Diddy start doing some songs together.
Speaker 2:They gonna be in the same goddamn, goddamn Him and Diddy man.
Speaker 1:Wow, yeah, man, I had to ask that question. Man, I had to ask that question. Yeah, and.
Speaker 2:Diddy and Diddy. I saw something off about that guy. I never knew what it was, but this lockup finally confirmed it for me. I said there's something off about this Diddy character, something I've never been really like a big fan. I never had like facts, it was just purely intuition. I said this guy is small. Some told me he was just really really off, until you know a bunch of alleged stuff that he's connected with the tupac and even some big immerse. Okay, I'm going to go that far. Let the evidence weigh that out. Look, I just know it was some kind of government setup. That part, I believe, was Tupac murdered. I'm bringing that up because this is Diddy we're talking about here. Trust me, I don't like to bring that past unless it's absolutely necessary. And you know he's I don't know he a bit of a freak yeah, man, baby oil, johnson and johnson going up.
Speaker 1:But I will say this though like we saw, we saw, uh, diddy, we saw the videos and stuff. He he actually has been a monster when it comes to the black community and stuff like that. But the charges that they do got them on, those seem kind of murky. Because they got them on some charges where it's like, hmm, I'll see if you got them on these charges, but these right here, it's kind of not adding up. It's like it's hard to get to see somebody get hit with a rico when they're the only person. You feel I'm saying it's stuff like that.
Speaker 1:So it's like I still gotta look at it from me as a black man, even though I know diddy ain't about shit and he wasn't about nothing when it comes to the black community, I know how they could still use these laws, how they using on diddy. They could potentially use on me, any other black person that I know trying to do something for his team. You feel what I'm saying. So that's what I look at it as I'm like, look, I ain't taping for Diddy or nothing like that. He gonna get what he goddamn deserve and he deserve everything that he does get. But also, at the same time, I see how the law working and I gotta call that he does get. But also, at the same time, I see how the law is working and I got to call that shit out too.
Speaker 2:I think that's just a point where you just said that some people would definitely miss about how the law is applied, and that is just as important, because the way the law laws apply is important. That's why I said look, I won't be surprised if I hate to compare this to Trump. Trump somehow get away with it, because some of the charges they're putting are I could put it in that murky category. You did legal gymnastics. No, pin him. Look, trump is not innocent. I said this again, but we're going to be desperate Democrats Y'all messing this up because of your desperation.
Speaker 2:He's smart. He's smart Even though I'm not a Democrat or Republican. Look, I vote Republican, I vote Democrat. I go by what I think is best at the end of the day. So if you convince me, I don't care if you're black, white, hell, even rainbow skin color. If you change your mood, I really don't care. As long as you're good, you're good, okay. That's why I care about the end of the day. I care good, I care about quality. Does it have a gender? Does it have a skin color? It's truly diverse. If you apply it more fairly and to this podcast, I can probably say I've been practicing what I preach more often, because I'm tired of that disparity. Will it be completely uncorrected? I don't think so. That's why I'm applying to more networks that has more people. Because top match, as much as I like it, it does cater to a certain population. That has more people. Because Podmatch, as much as I like it, it does cater to a certain population and a certain political ideology. It favors the right. Yeah, it favors the non-melanin Mm-hmm Fact.
Speaker 1:Now, you're speaking truth. That's how we kind of met. But you see, I'm Podmatch, it's janky, it's whatever.
Speaker 2:But hey, yeah, there's a lot of and, to be honest, the reason why I reject a lot of guests in there I like you, podmatch. You have a great system. I'm not criticizing that. But some of the guests you've got in here they try to sell positivity. Some try to act like used car salesmen, try to make it seem clean. I said no, I see it, I really see it. I said nope, pass, pass, pass. If I do a racial demographic based on the past, the most accepted and the most rejected Is the Caucasian man, because that's what pops up most often, and I think the only few blacks I've rejected was the ones based on oh, you gotta pay me to be a guest. That's a good idea wait a minute.
Speaker 2:They asked you to pay to be a guest yeah, there was one of the profiles that said oh, I need a hundred dollars for this. I said goodbye, I ain't rich like that. They thought they was Charleston White for this. I said goodbye I ain't rich like that.
Speaker 1:They thought they was Charleston White or Dr Umar.
Speaker 2:You're going to have to pay me for your time, brother. I won't be surprised they pulling the strings behind Yo. Charge them. Charge them. No, I'm not.
Speaker 1:Man. You got to build up a profile man. That'd be my problem with a pod match. I have to say this. I want to hop on to another topic. It's that there's a lot of people on there that ain't done the work. A lot of people be matching up with me and be like I would love for you to be on my podcast. Who the fuck? You got three shows. What the no, no. I what the no, no. I need to know you serious. I need to know you've been doing this for like at least four months. At least. Have like to me. You gotta have at least 10 episodes. That makes me think you're serious about this shit. You feel me? Don't come to me, talk all other bullshit because you ain't. You ain't commenting on none of my content. You ain't made yourself known and now you want me to be on your stuff or make you as a guest. Hell, no, you ain't working hard enough. That'd be not great with the stuff. I think it need a better screen.
Speaker 2:Hey, well, I mean, thank goodness I passed that with Flying Cuzz. When I first met you I was like three years in over episodes and I was like, yeah, because no, and I agree, because I had to build my footprint first. Like the first two seasons, I had absolutely no guests. I didn't even know I was doing until I got my ab season check. I saw okay, now I'm comfortable inviting some guests, because I didn't. I enjoyed power match right away. You know, just deal. Throw a little history in my eye. The first two seasons, absolutely no guests.
Speaker 2:It was just me talking, experimenting. Why don't I do this podcast? Talk about this, talk about that. I got tired of talking about video games because video games became boring and stale and corporate and that's the thing I dropped. Even the board games no one cared. I dropped that. No one cared about those things, so I had to drop it. Oh ai, oh, that gained a lot of attention, so I stick to ai. Even some cryptocurrency they ain't gonna talk about that as much. But enough about me stroking my podcast right there. If I don't listen, you know about that. You go do deep digging. I'm just giving me, like the, the very bite-sized version of the history of this thing and it's evolved.
Speaker 2:This theme is more on quality diversity now, just diversity, just for the heck of it. Yeah, make sure they're good guests too, because, man, I do see more diversity coming in, um, but will it be too late for me by then? I don't know. I don't know. I got any more Latinos in there. I definitely more Latinos and Muslims, though the black, I don't know. I don't know I got any more latinos in there. I definitely more latinos and muslims, though, yeah, the black. I don't mind more. I'm not gonna reject them. I don't mind more, um, even though I think I got a good number so far. I don't mind more than coming in the last lady.
Speaker 2:Oh, she was, she's 50 years old, but oh, she had energy, like she's 20, okay, and she told my old what you gotta do and all that. She was really just energetic, she's 20. Okay, and she told my mom what you got to do and all that. She was really just energetic. She's more energetic than me. I said, look, you make me feel old, like, but hey, she was great. Check out Adrian. Shout out to Adrian Simmons. All right, you check out her episode. That's all I'm going to say. Trust me, she lived that, she was real about it. She was real about it and she would give science and all that. So yeah, just so you're speaking the truth.
Speaker 2:And some people say oh, I sell positivity, oh, I'm the neck guy, I don't give a damn about that. No, really. No, it's people trying to make lame awesome. No, no, that's why you get rejected. Oh, your DNA reveals that you got a Awesome no. No, that's not how you get rejected. Oh, your DNA reveals that you got a specific genetic. I know that's stupid. Yeah, one of them looked funny. He looked like a nutsack with a neck. I'm not gonna say his name, but if you check the profile picture, he looked like a nutsack picture. Yeah, I can see how genetics F'd up your face.
Speaker 1:The Kamala neck. Yeah, uh huh, that's hilarious.
Speaker 2:Enough bashing, enough bashing. I only bash people I really don't care about. I've done that before. Um, talking about crappy comedians and all that. But hey, you want to know who's number one in my book and under the skin color dave chappelle he's number one of this era non-deniable.
Speaker 2:He ain't afraid. He ain't afraid to get controversial, he ain't afraid to talk about real issues, honest opinion. So you know that's, that's my number one comedian. If you care about what comedians I like, I like people who's willing to push the envelope and do it with quality. Don't just push the envelope just to push the envelope.
Speaker 1:Yeah, try to be a shock jock, shock, jock people. Man, y'all might got nerves.
Speaker 2:So that's all I'm going to say about that. I know it kind of went off. We went with New York, california, a little shout out. I might give you a shout out to Wisconsin. You're the first one to pull the reparations thing. Then you get a shout out. You know, because y'all iffy these days. That used to be democrat territory. They've been iffy with their politics for the most part, so we we got to watch out.
Speaker 1:Let me ask you this, since it's kind of like a hot topic in the digital streets right now one of the hot topics, that vice president debate. Did you end up watching it the whole? Tim Walsh, jetty Vance.
Speaker 2:No, but I did do my quick scan of research and I'm just going to quote public opinion. Public opinion said the young Republican did a bit better. That's overall opinion. But they said that it restored some decency of debate. But I say this I'm going to agree with the cynical Republican, karl Rove. He said that debate don't matter, so even if the Republican wins it ain't gonna matter. No, it's going for a republican. He said it don't matter yo that's fucked up, but there's a lot of truth to it.
Speaker 1:Yeah, bro, I actually. I watched like 30 minutes of it and, I ain't gonna lie, I was bored out of my mind. I was like, but they uh, tim watts and j Vince, they were more polished, but it's just, it's just boring watching just polished white guys speak. Donald Trump, give me some Donald Trump. You feel me Make it like wrestling like Vince McMahon? You feel me so? So-called Steve Austin? Yes, I like that. Ok, I think most of us like this, like that.
Speaker 1:At this point, I know many people are like, yeah, jd benson, like both of them should be the president. And blah, blah, blah, man, shut the hell up. No, god damn it. No, we got. Our presidential candidates are already in this vice president debate. Actually don't really matter. And I don't know why they go after. They should go before the like all the president uh, debates and rallying and stuff like that, you know.
Speaker 1:And to me, at the end of the day, the vice president debate, they just saying the same thing that we already done heard from the presidential candidates and at the same time, I just don't like an ass-kissing battle. Like Tim Walz, I'm a coach, I used to be a coach, football coach, you feel me. And Kamal is the best, kamal is the best. And then JD Vance is like what Donald Trump man? I mean, do they eat cats? I don't know, I don't know. Kissing ass, it's just like don't know, I don't know. Kissing ass, is this like no, I don't want to hear this kiss ass bad. So to your point, yeah, the vice president debate don't really matter, but I mean, it just gives something for people to watch and talk about.
Speaker 2:I guess yeah, and as normally I mean sadly I should have been. I should have been more consistent, because if I was willing to tolerate the biden trump debate, which made me very dumb for 24 hours after watching it, I couldn't talk, I couldn't text, I couldn't even think right, my spirit wanted to fly out of this body. Really, the spirit wanted to fly out of his body. That's how bad it was. Okay, I mean, you know, if I gave time to that pitiful spectacle, I'm just going to say like that, both of them did bad, but we both know who did a little worse.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'm not going to repeat that. It's up to him. He wants to be vocal about it. I'm not going to sign something for that. It's his mouth and I don't do that. But I for my end, I'm not gonna repeat it because I already said it multiple times already. You ain't know who did better. You ain't know my school get great listeners and viewers. I've been loyal for you, for those of you who tune in for the first time dang, dang, yeah, do y'all ricky Smiley research man.
Speaker 1:Come on now. What we always get told From Democratic shills to Republicans you gotta do your research, damn it. Do y'all research with our stuff. Look man. I'll just say, look it, man. That Between the Joe Biden, kamala Harris and Donald Trump Presidential debate, at least they were entertained, I mean we got hit with and Donald Trump presidential debate, at least they were entertaining. I mean we got hit with the Donald Trump Trump jumps. And you had Joe Biden like looking, did he? I don't know, I don't remember what he said. I do question your blackness though, if you don't vote. And then Kamala Harris, she, hey, well, first of all, donald Trump, I will prosecute your ass. You are a criminal, okay. And I just have to say like, well, we're going to let the immigrants get everything, okay. My Indian mother raised three black kids. It was entertaining. At the end of the day they weren't talking about shit, but damn it, it was entertaining. All right, that vice president, shit was.
Speaker 2:So all I'm going to say is this you want decorum and substance Versus verbal Showdown. Okay, it's hard to mix the two. It really is. It's possible, but it's very hard. You need special personality and special gravitas To it. I think the closest one to that was Obama. Let's be clear.
Speaker 1:He was polished and entertaining sometimes, yeah man, hey, he was a slick talking mother. So I'll tell you that much, hey Obama man, hey man, you didn't do shit for the black community man, you're American, god damn it. But you sold us a lot of hope. It ain't gonna happen this time. You feel me? Y'all trying to do the Kamala Harris and be like we gonna sell you on hope. We gonna sell you on hope. Nah, we already had a dose of hope. We don't want no more. We want tangibles. We want that. That hope train has sailed. We don't want no more hope. We overdose on hope, the Lord. But he was slick talking. He was like I'm telling you, he did have some entertaining and goddamn the corn within his talking. I'll tell you that much. I mean, I was listening to him at the dnc, you feel me, and I was like god damn it, he's good with his wife, michelle obama. Like, god damn it, I'll see how they tricked us in the voting. I'll see it, dan. He talked but, yeah, man, he probably was the best one to kind of intertwine those two. But as the the candidates of right now, I will say this this shit entertainment for me. At this point, I'm personally going to vote for the couch. And when I mean the couch, I don't mean I'm going to sit on my ass and not vote, I'm going to vote for the local and policies and stuff. It's just when it gets to that, president and vice president, I might vote couch armchair. Or, who knows, I might put Kanye West in Amber Rose. I don't know. Hunky Hogan yes, I called him a hunky, he was mad. He a legend in wrestling, but damn it, he is most definitely a racist, you feel me. And I might put Dwayne the Rock Johnson as president and Hulk Hogan as vice president. I don't the hell know, but damn it, they ain't getting my vote. They ain't talking about nothing that's going to benefit us as black Americans Hell, let alone as really Americans, especially with the Kamala Harris like economic policy in which I went through both of them. First of all, let me talk some. That's some bullshit Kamala trying to do. Trying to tax on your unrealized gains. You're trying to tax on fake money, on make believe money, which means she's going to tax on the losses and in her thing, first generational homebuyers. The hell is that. Why can't she just say first time homebuyers? What is first generational homebuyers? What does that mean? What? Let's be real.
Speaker 1:Donald Trump. Economic policy is better, is better, is better. Now his abortion policies. He be getting his ass whooped by kamala harris, I'd be. I'd be like god damn, donald trump, maybe you shouldn't say nothing about abortion. Just I know what you're trying to say. Like I gave the power to the states, but it just ain't looking good, bro, you just ain't sounding good. But economic wise, donald trump shit is better, it's. He's trying to do tariffs. Okay, we might deal with a little inflation, but at the end of the day, if we wait, that's gonna bring jobs back into America Because he's taxing motherfuckers that manufacture stuff outside of the US, trying to bring products in here.
Speaker 1:You know them video games y'all like to play, or these little devices of Hold on almost messed my phone up this shit. It has a thing called a chip in it. Where are the chips being manufactured and made? Right now? It ain't really in US factories. I'll tell you that much. You know what terrorists is gonna do. Terrorists might get more of these chip things. You feel me? Built in the us. Shout out the nvidia man, y'all. Nvidia booming right, god damn. But that's what I mean by the.
Speaker 1:The uh, donald trump economic plan is better if you read through the policies and read through stuff like that. Yeah, his economic plan is way better than kamala harris, all right. So, and that's another thing, man, I'm tired of you weaves and idiots out there when I be talking on my show you feel me? Kamal johnson network if y'all want to find it on youtube, podcast, spotify, iheart all that good jazz, twitch. Social social media is too same thing, but I'm tired of you dweebs out there always saying did you read through the policies? Did you read through them? Man, yeah, I actually did. I read through them. Economic policies, you feel me? Now I'll put down something and read through all that.
Speaker 1:Project 2025. I know y'all trying to link that up with Trump, but it's hard for me to believe that Trump even read through all that shit himself. It is 900 pages. It is 900 pages. Second of all, I'm a black American. I'm already. I've been living through Project 2025. God damn it. We don't live through presidencies of Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon. Hell, bill Clinton, just because that motherfucker got some head in the Oval Office and played the saxophone. Well, y'all trying to correlate that with like, oh yeah, he might be black man I heard you idiots out there like Bill Clinton might be the first black president. Shut your ass up, this motherfucker.
Speaker 1:Along with Jim Crow, biden wrote in a 94 crime bill that effed over a lot of us but y'all want to talk about. Oh, did you look at the policies? Did you do your research? Yeah, I did my research. Yeah, okay, y'all ain't doing your research, y'all and y'all feelings? Oh, man, donald Trump, a racist bruh, god damn you feel me. Oh, did you? Did you actually read through kamala harris policies? Man, did it. Yes, yes, yes. Enough of my rant.
Speaker 2:I went on a little rant you tell me that's okay, you bring it. I'd say you bring yourself in here. That's what you definitely did. I, you know, I'm gonna say about that, maybe to your point. Despite look, people, get over your feelings despite the comedy in his takes, it's actually well researched. I've watched some of his episodes. He does his research in real time, not just behind the scenes. Real time, break down the article and then go through the, you know, go through the moment. He skips, you know, the empty paragraphs. I don't mean anything. He does that as well because that's probably the only thing I read, because I try to piece everything together live. But while I'm going live, I'm going to just pre-read that and just highlight what's important at the end of the day, because people got a tension span of a brain-damaged goldfish. So let's just be clear about that. I'm especially attacking a certain generation. You start with the letter Z, anyways.
Speaker 1:Love y'all. Hey Elias, find a Nemo gonna whoop your ass. You talk about fish and brain. Find a Nemo gonna be like hold on now.
Speaker 2:Let's see if it can jump off the river and come catch me. Yeah, hop, tank to tank. I doubt it's gonna succeed Now. The last time I checked once you're out of the, you know you're out on the land. For a couple of seconds you're dead. Good luck.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:I love Finding Nemo. That's a sad part. I love Finding Nemo, but that's. I love the series. They should have done more than that. Shame on you, disney, pixar. You took too long with that sequel. Good sequel though, with Fine and Dory, but look, I could talk about that. That's a random thing. I've been going for a long, long while people are not going to expect me to talk about movies and things like that, maybe I should, you should. I need somebody to kind of be expect me to talk about movies and things like that.
Speaker 1:Maybe I should. You should come on, bro, you should, I need, I need somebody to kind of be in that realm with me, because I also I know I'm talking a lot of political stuff right now, but I also review movies, television shows and stuff like that.
Speaker 2:So amen yeah, definitely connected. Toately, I've been connected to current events that have been going on. It's been happening more often. I'm normally not a movie person, but I do watch a lot of movies. You know, that's a little. You know, I'm going to call it the Kamal Exposed effect, right there. Okay, that's something that you're not supposed to know. But now you know, hey, man Right, and that's probably a little hint of what I'm going to be talking about, just to make the show just definitely more entertaining. I could definitely mix the two together and I should do that more often.
Speaker 2:I come with a lot of connections. What's wrong with me there? Yeah, see, that's why I like different people. See, you know you got to challenge your own limitations. You know, like Socrates staring at your screen, that's the problem. Let's put it 2024. Let's revive that.
Speaker 2:You know, socrates put it in a 21st century context, being the stare to the screen. Yep, yeah, no, that's us. That's a normal person. That's a normal person. But you get what I'm saying, you know, instead of a cave staring at a shadow, no, you're staring at the screen and people getting dumber. Our dopamine on ponds are fried up. Everything's becoming more like a toasted crater. Yeah, at this point and you know that's one thing I've talked about a few times.
Speaker 2:I definitely need a. I gotta get a guest stand, but uh, I don't know, I want someone who's. I don't know, I want someone who's. I know it's going to sound a little prejudiced to y'all. Look, because I'm trying to find more representation. I don't mind more Black, latino, hispanic. I'm not going with the Latinx. I hate that damn terminology. Sounds like a clean surprise to wipe out Hispanic people. No, no, that's Nope. I refuse that terminology. You want me to say that terminology? You can go jump off the cliff. I'm not saying that. Nope, latino, latina. No, you pick one. Or Latin, there you go. Latin. Latin is good enough, damn it, don't need to add a freaking X.
Speaker 1:That's what happens when you rely these ivory tower people. Yeah, they spread the mental illness. Stop relying on them. They're part of the problem they be trying to. They be trying to have their own words so they could be set in history. That's what it be.
Speaker 2:That's, I feel like you should be part of the, the embarrassing part of history, the bad part of history. Okay, yeah, I agree with that, not the good part. I'm going to say that's rigged. Uh oh, the port workers just ended their strike in real time in a flying app.
Speaker 1:They ended it that quick. Is that real?
Speaker 2:yeah, it says it on um they ended their strike they reached a tentative agreement. Oh, that's tentative.
Speaker 1:Okay, tentative. You know what that?
Speaker 2:means that's a nice way of saying. Maybe, I don't know, possibly it's not a yes or no, we'll see, but it looks like it's dying down. I'll say that much. Let's see if those negotiations talk breakdown is going to be right, right back up, because that ai strike thing talk about that a little bit. That lasted for a long while. Now you're talking about understanding actors perspective because, generally speaking, the studios wanted to give as little money as possible. You know that the ai take, take their work and then they get one day's worth of paid and they were able to use that indefinitely. I was with the actors on that one. I generally side with the workers. I generally Democrat. Some issues like the workers, social issues I still figure a lot on that one. Fiscally, I agree with Republicans. Generally I'm with the left on that one. Fiscally I agree with Republicans. Generally I'm with the Republicans fiscally. That I'm not going to change. I'm proud of that. But yeah, that's what's happening right now. Is this from the Hill? Okay, the Hill's a pretty good source.
Speaker 1:I don't trust.
Speaker 2:CNN and Fox. I don't trust them that much. And NewsNation, that's another one I'll be paying attention to. But even though News Nation they kind of Celebrity a little too much Because I see the shot Get the viewership. That's my criticism. I'm criticizing even the moderate people too. That's why I got criticized. I gave y'all free pass, but some of y'all be fanning the flames too. Stop it, stop it. It's like, especially with the celebrity stuff, that's a style. I don't care what Hulk Hogan does with his nonsense. That's such cringe. You know, my co-workers show me that I freaking curse the house. Why the fuck? You show me that I'm so pissed that this is a circus the Dems is like a cool club party.
Speaker 2:The Republicans was more like a old age circus. I mean, come on, I thought both of them were kind of a joke. But if I'm going to still pick one, I'm going to pick the DNC, because at least they tried to add a little flair to it, even though they both were a show. If I'm going to pick a party, I'm going to barely go with the DNC. A little job with the delicate cat, that's a little cool, that's a little creative. Again that, even though there's a lot of logistical problems. But hey, a little panda, I'm gonna pick apart, pick dnc for that one, and then get out and talk crap out in the next day.
Speaker 1:Yeah, that's the way to do it, man. It's like, uh, it's like, yeah, man, if you really, if you kind of just kind of step back from it and just look at it from a full picture perspective, you start understanding like, hey, man, they both kind of you know, both parties are pandering, but they're trying to entertain us at the same time, and I think people don't realize that, and it's like they're effective though, though, because people really are in their feelings like mug, like I'm telling you I'll be, I'll be going on tiktok now, and like, first of all, you tiktokers bruh, you feel me that be having your lives and having your panels, and it's like where you gonna vote for donald trump. Are you gonna vote for, uh, kamala? Stop having so many people up on the stage. Y'all be having 12 people, and it's six people talking at once. Just have like four, no more than six, please.
Speaker 1:Second of all, I notice it's like y'all y'all doing these rooms and it's either predominantly republicans and a couple democrats or, as predominantly uh, republicans a couple democrats. I think y'all Democrats. I think y'all grifting, I think y'all in cahoots with each other because y'all not talking about shit. I'm sitting in there. I'm like I'm actually trolling in there at this point because I'm like y'all not talking about nothing. Y'all not talking about. Y'all really not talking about policies or anything up to date. You feel me it's more of like man J filming is more of like man jd vance man talk about the haitians eating cats and dogs. Man donald trump he a racist man. Kamala man pandering her blackness how you feel about her blackness, how you feel about her 32 accents, this stuff like that. I'm like incorporate that with also what's important, like within the policies and people bringing up new things that we probably haven't heard before. New information is none of that.
Speaker 1:Elias, I'm telling you right in the TikTok world what they've been doing lately and their spaces and stuff like that. I'm just like, god damn, y'all grifting. Oh my God, I can't wait till I get a thousand followers so I can start going live, because I'm like, hey, you know, twitter, y'all be doing y'all thing though twitter. Twitter is like it's twitter, the wild, wild west, and I love it, but at least their spaces and their lives are are very diverse. All right, you're gonna hear a different thing, tiktok, I'm noticing, I'm like, and it kind of makes sense because like tiktok feels like that social media that is like it's the new craze. Whenever there's a new craze of the social media, you get those type of people where it's like, okay, you could tell they don't really care about the issue or what's going on, they just see that, oh, this is a quick buck to get some money off this shit. So I don't know, man, I had to talk about that. I'm just sad man.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you're talking about something very important. They just chase the next craze, the next gold mine, the next, whatever. They don't care about issues by the time it stops getting popular. Oh, what I talk about that? Oh, who cares about that? They don't even deny their own thing. I don't remember that Because it's not, it's not relevant. They grifters. All they came out was attention, attention, attention. That's the most valuable economy. Attention, unfortunately, and that's what these people are operating on. Whoever gets attention doesn't matter. They agree with it, they disagree with it. No, it's about attention, getting the most eyeballs, highest retention possible, and, sadly, that's what generates this outrage, this superficial care if I'm gonna be nice about it about the issues, and by the time it's no longer relevant. They're not getting their greens not matching with their phoniness next on to the next.
Speaker 1:Look, a lot of y'all ain't gonna have shit to talk about once this election over. I'm telling you that right now. And, man, some of y'all men like it's like y'all just want to hear y'all self-talk. Some of y'all, too, guys, just want to hear y'all self-talk. Oh, my goodness, man, y'all about to have me come up there and start talking in a minute. I'm about to start coming up the end. Like you, elias, you know how I get down. I'll be clowning at times, man, I'm about to.
Speaker 1:I'm trying to. I'm trying to let it live, trying to trying to be in the audience and listen, because I like the since I since I do my own stuff already. I'll do my own news show. I try to go into other people's faces and stuff and be more of a listener. But I'm hearing so much, so much like bullshit. It's so much like I don't even want to say misinformation. It's like sometimes, like not the information correct, just how you delivering, how you saying it just sound all janky. It's like it'd be that at times. And it's like, you know, I I'm just like you know I might need to come up and be a little bit more vocal when it comes to these things, so I even tell my crazy listeners and viewers.
Speaker 2:Yes, I'm a little craved because I can tell y'all somebody I don't watch the video. Because, especially to the idiotic comments, I mean really said, wow, this person just want to steal your feelings out. Okay, you can treat my comment section as a therapy session, but just know that you're exposing yourself, it's a public therapy session and you're going to have lovers and you're definitely going to have haters. So once you put it on public, you are to be scrutinized, evaluated, raised, criticized, get dunked on, and I'm not gonna stop it. Youtube's got to stop it because I try to be as 1a as possible, even more than the so-called republicans.
Speaker 2:I said oh, freedom of speech, freedom of speech until it hurts their feelings. Then they want to join the left with the cancer culture, but they don't use those exact terms. Oh, that was very responsible what you did. And then they want to join the left with the cancer culture, but they don't use those exact terms. Oh, that was very responsible for what you did. And then they cancel them on the download. So Republicans are slicker when it comes to cancer culture. I call them out on this. I was liking the fact that you were saying 1A, but until y'all started doing your little cancer culture on the side and all that? No, no, no, no, no, no. It's because you don't like what you're hearing. No, no, no. It's not for you to speak when you like it.
Speaker 1:No, no, no, no and I'm glad you brought up a point, bro, like this is my thing, because I mean, you watch my show. I'm pretty uh, no, no, no, I am biased. I am biased like a mug. I'm biased to both parties. So I am a news. I am biased like a mug. I'm biased to both parties, so I am a news channel that is biased, so you're going to get a biased opinion. I'm biased for my black Americans.
Speaker 1:My thing is this, though I've noticed, when I do talk about Kamala Harris and the Democrats, I have more people that are vicious, that are vicious, more people that are on attack mode and more people that got something to say, compared to when I call out the Republicans and Donald Trump and whoever's in his camp. Actually, for the most part, they ain't really paying attention, they don't get as many views, they hardly get any comments. But when I do the Kamala Harris stuff, a lot of views, a lot of comments and a lot of vicious comments, and my thing is this is, of course, I am going to talk about the democratic party more, because they're pandering to us to get our vote most of the time, way more than republicans. So that's for some of you people out there that's talking that ish. Some of y'all probably gonna come from Elias channel. Come watch my stuff and I know y'all gonna be on. Why you talking about my mama? Come on, you, a black man, your black mama. Would be so strange.
Speaker 1:I'm like, yeah, but Kamala, at every instance, she try to not say that she black. I'm going to be so strange. I'm like, yeah, but Kamala, at every instance, she tried to not say that she black. If you notice, she always tried to skate around that, but she is using that to get our vote and she's using it. And the cool part about it is she's using black American so-called stereotypes, hooking greens and dancing on yeah, but she's jamaican, which, by the way, from from my learning and research and stuff like that, jamaican is actually uh, it's a uh in an ethnicity like there's like white jamaicans, asian jamaicans, indo-jamaican. Is this, is that right? So, at the end of the day, um, if her daddy came out and try to say like, yes, I'm a black, I identify as black, right, then oh, look, and most of us is not going to look at her as a black woman. Okay, because if she didn't identify with it when she was trying to run for senator in 2016,.
Speaker 1:Then damn it when we rejecting it now. Can we see through the bullshit? And that's the thing. That's why we talk more about the Democrats and Kamala and stuff like that. They just pander to us more and they know that. Like, like, look, we've been loyal to y'all since Lyndon B Johnson for almost 60 plus years, when he passed some civil rights building, so they're going to have to get something up. Are we going to either switch parties? Are we going to sit back like a referee and be like, alright, y'all duke it out to see who's going to get our vote? So I had to talk about that man.
Speaker 2:Hey, that's his niche right there. It makes sense. Makes sense because Democrats do always work overtime to get that vote. Republicans is I don't care, we get them, that's a plus, we don't, we don't. That's a general mentality. It's changed a little bit under Trump, but not by much. But definitely the Latino shift is definitely more significant, like I said earlier, because before Democrats used to have Latino vote a lot. They are losing that grip. Now it's not by much, it's more like 60-40, still favorite Democrats. It's more like 80-20. No, no, no, no. Y'all losing. Y'all losing ground on that. Y'all losing ground on that Because, like a few reasons I've stated and I'm not going to repeat them, I'm actually going to repeat one.
Speaker 2:They like a tough, macho leader. Sadly, trump is barely qualified for that. They like family, they like building a family. In general, except for the more young liberal ones, they more like the outliers. That's why Democrats still got a lot Under 30,. Democrats still got that population a lot. In terms of older, whatever the 30s, 40s, they're moderate and probably past 50. Yeah, they're definitely on a more Republican. They have more of a Republican orientation, just like a lot of populations. When they get older, some of them in general, they lean Republican.
Speaker 2:And some of you Democrats got to stop taking just some any vote for granted. And some of you Democrats gotta stop taking just some any vote for granted. And this one poll recently? This is a little crazy. I didn't think this was gonna happen. There's one poll right now that Arab Americans are liking Trump a little more than Harris. So stop taking them votes for granted. Y'all supposed to be good at getting these other group votes, but I don't y'all. Yeah, democrats, you're losing your touch there. Don't think, oh, they're gonna come back. Yeah, no, someone's gonna come back.
Speaker 2:But alchemy has made ground, rather you like it or not, yeah, so so much for him being a racist. He he's an asshole. There's no denying that. He's a troll. He's obnoxious, there's no denying but racism. I I a troll. He's obnoxious, there's no denying that, but racism, I always kind of. Does he say stupid, crazy stuff? Oh, of course, yeah, I'm not going to deny that. And, trust me, if he did say racist stuff, the media will be playing that thing on repeat for 24-7. Facts, facts, you know. And not to say he's, you know, he's good and all. Trust me, there's a lot of flaws with that man, lots, lots.
Speaker 2:But I gotta give him credit when it's due and I'll try to be as fair as I can be and you know I think, um, yeah, I'll try to me, I'll try to focus on trying to somehow unite this country, but I don't need all of you. I'm gonna be honest, I don't need all of you. If you part of the rabbit tribe, you stay on your corner as well for Democrats and Republicans. If you hardcore MAGA, you think Trump is God Almighty, I don't need you. If you think Kamala is the Indian goddess Of whatever, she's Shiva, she's Shiva there. She's Shiva, there you go.
Speaker 2:If you think that, then no, you're hopeless. I don't want you. I want more rational, intelligent, independent minded people. That's why I come all here. Because he's a black American, but he's very independent minded. He's not just going along with the Democrat talking points. There's some of them that still do black american, but he's very independent minded. He's not just going along with the democrat talking points. So there's some of them that still do that, but there's, but there's a lot more of them saying no, I vote not for free, you better work for it. That's how every voter should be, that every vote should be like that yeah, see what I like that you brought up.
Speaker 1:You feel me, you're talking about your Latino community, right? And you said that y'all switching, y'all vote. You know this, though Actually, I don't know from your perspective, but from my perspective, we noticed that y'all doing that and y'all don't get pushback. We didn't push back for that. That. You know what I'm saying. And it's like.
Speaker 1:It's like no, we supposed to be doing what other groups is doing. That is actually the most intelligent thing to do. I don't fault latinos being like no, we're going for republican men, taxes, better men. And look man, we over here in America already. We don't care about our cousin Cosuela right now. She over back in her home country. She should have came. When we taught her ass to come, we were like come right now, come right now. She was like no, I'm going to stay here, ok, well. Well, now we here, we want, we want what we got. It makes sense, it's understandable. It's just the insanity that when we be like, wait a minute, y'all not doing what we want you to do, we might switch over. We get the finger wag that we get the Y'all lost. Your retinue asthma. You better come back to the Democratic plantation and take these whippings and butter biscuits and vote for Kamala Harris. What the hell wrong with you, boy? It's that type of shit and it's like hmm, okay.
Speaker 2:I get what you're saying and that is wrong. I've criticized Democrats for saying no, you didn't need to have some free black vote or whatever vote. No, you didn't work for it. You're messing up. Change tactics or deliver. Actually, deliver on something, tangibles. Deliver, no, don't just say stuff oh, reparations and all that. If you deliver reparations, I'm sure you're going to get more of their votes, especially favoring that particular population. I'm sure you're going to get more of those votes If you deliver Tangibles.
Speaker 2:Speeches are nice, but if it's not backed up by action, um, it doesn't, it doesn't matter. And um, some latinos, um, get that, um, just, it's not as prevalent, yeah, and and I think the reason why I'm going to say is I think the latino population is definitely bigger. I think they try to say is because I think the Latino population is definitely bigger, I think they try to do that crap. I think the backlash should be bigger. So I hate to say it, numbers does matter and I think that's why a certain of them got that backlash. I think it's more about families. Oh, some families are like gay.
Speaker 2:You're a Republican, why, oh, no, it happens. You know Republican. Why, oh, no, it happens. You know what? It's not exposing media. It's only like small, small examples. But yeah, but the Democrats do act very entitled for Black American votes and they shouldn't. No, do better, do better. Times is different. You know, the Civil Rights Act was a great thing, but I was 60 years ago. Don't expect them to be stuck on that. Yeah, man, I keep delivering, I keep delivering yeah, let's be real, man.
Speaker 1:You know who benefited the most out of a civil rights act and I know I'm about to ruffle some feathers right now, man, white women. White women benefit the freaking most of a mostly civil rights act. Man, I'm telling y'all that right now. Think about it. The Civil Rights Act, they never specifically said we're doing it for Black people and Black Americans. It was always minorities. A white woman is a minority, just saying I mean.
Speaker 2:How dare you say that? Say you anti-women. Listen, listen, listen. Have they benefited that? I'm pretty sure it's not hard to dig up that kind of evidence. They even ruled many houses so there you go saying and there's some arguments for that. Yeah, and you start really my anti-woman. Um no, but there is definitely some argument for that. Girl boss culture thanks social media for spreading that yeah, man, and and the thing is like no, we're not being misogynistic or anti-woman.
Speaker 1:And then, like that, we being freaking real. You start really looking at the civil rights bills and these civil rights is like, no, we're not being misogynistic or anti-woman. And then, like that we're being freaking real. You start really looking at the civil rights bills and the civil rights acts that were passed and you read through the legislation itself. Yes, they used our black struggle to pass these things. But if you read through it, it says minority, minority, minority. We know what a minority is. We're not all stupid I know some of y'all are but look here, some of us can read, we could comprehend, we know what minority means and throughout the years we've seen what's happening.
Speaker 1:Okay. So I know it's going to hurt some of the people's feelings and some people are going to be out there calling me all types of names and shit. I give a rat's ass. Actually, I give a New York rat's ass Because New York rats is different than rats across America. We found out from Elias. You feel me, but God damn it. No, the truth hurts, okay, and we have to be more truthful and this is why we need these things out. So then you know me and my Black American family can start passing policies and laws that actually do help us specifically Because we go through shit specifically. Things were targeted to us specifically, so we need solutions Specifically for us.
Speaker 2:Maybe other groups got it. Maybe we gotta Correct this one. I don't know if it's gonna be corrected, but I certainly do. I hope so Sooner rather than later. Instead of playing games, democrats, especially Democrats, stop leaning on. I don't hear Republicans promising this. This is why Republicans not getting bashed as hard With this issue. Yeah, man, hey, democrats, especially Democrats, stop leaning on. Mm-hmm. I don't hear Republicans promising this is why Republicans not getting bashed as hard with this issue? Yeah, they ain't saying anything.
Speaker 1:They ain't promising anything. Only thing Republicans I hear promising and I mean, actually I wouldn't even mention it, I don't even know about it. Donald Trump is like we're gonna get the blacks, blacks, the chaps. I'm like, ok, kind of sound like a motherfucking, you know Confederate person from the 40s. But yes, black jobs. Can we not act stupid? I hate it when people are like, oh my God, donald Trump said black jobs. Oh, we know what he meant, man. Oh my God, donald Trump said black jobs. Oh, we know what he meant, man. And he's speaking about economics. It's something that is economically supposed to benefit us. That's the only time I heard somebody from any camp, from the vice president to the council members all the rest of people talk about something economically for us. He say it in a shitty way. Yeah, yes, he did.
Speaker 1:I don't give a rat's ass when I go to a grocery store, the people bagging up my shit be in a shitty mood and give it to my stuff shitty way. You think I'll be like, but I own these groceries because you bagged it up and you, you talk to me all funny. No, we take her. Goddamn, she'd be like, all right, we to our car. We do what every other motherfucker does. Motherfucker was rude, god damn, or she, whoever the hell was backing up your stuff.
Speaker 1:That's the point. It's business. We do business with people every day. That we be like God damn man, I don't really like doing business with them, but I gotta do it, you feel me? And that's the thing, man. It's like, um, we're super hyper-focused a good majority of us because we still have, you know, some of my Black people and Black Americans, but we're super hyper-focused on economics and business. And this is business, baby. You feel me? We're trying to be like everybody else. We're trying to get paid. We're trying to get paid. Can we understand? That's the foundation of building anything in America. I can't build that shit off symbolism. Shout out to an MLKk statue, but damn it. I can't build no damn institutions with an mlk statue. I can't build the shit with an apology. I can't build this shit through any of that symbolic bs that they try to send us. Okay, oh, and anti-black hate crime bill, can't forget that. We BS that they try to send us, okay, oh, and anti-black hate crime bill Can't forget that. We need that for sure, yeah.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I know some of you don't like this, but look to his point. There's a lot of adults acting like children. I don't want to do business with him or her because this person said it funny. I don't know I feel with him or her because this person said it funny. I don't know I feel attacked the way he says good morning, Screw the fuck up. Deal with it as a grown up. You got to deal with it Me. I don't really care.
Speaker 2:I've dealt with attitude, whatever, as long as I get what I want if I don't get what I want with an attitude, then you're fair game. Then you're fair game. But if I'm getting what I want, even with an attitude, I'll just I'll put up and shut up. Thank you, have a nice day. That part thought a little troll, smile. There's a yes, I'm also a little, yes, a little petty. A little petty is okay, it livens up things a little bit. A little petty, not too petty, that's my little pettiness, I'll admit right there.
Speaker 2:But, hey, I mean we could. I mean, ooh, it's been a great, great, great combo. You said a lot of stuff. Ooh, I'm trying to keep, I'm really trying to keep up here, but hey, that's why he returned. All right, let me just plug in some of the past stuff. Check out our ultra random past Episodes 161 and 164. I had to write that down because I know I will forget. We went AWOL. I mean, we went from topic A to Z at least three times. We just bounced back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
Speaker 2:That was at the time I used to allow random, but now this has more of a focused direction. Do I allow different stuff to be laced in there? Yeah, of course Can't just be random. Random's not good enough anymore. That's why some of y'all got rejected. Most random stuff Nope, this podcast has evolved. Random's not good enough if y'all bring some a bit positive to humanity, that's. That's the third one. Development, that's what's replacing it, and it could be anything. I already talked about taxes. I talked about legal development. I even even talked about money. Oh, actually one future guest, who happens to be black, is going to talk about financial development. Okay, give that proof that these are not two separate things. They're like this. There's already plenty of examples there. They're like this yeah.
Speaker 2:Intermingled, combined, okay. That's why I'm trying to bring different, different success. No matter what skin color, all right, because I'm tired of you super victims and those ones that act victim no matter what. It's funny what some of them, especially coming from a privileged mansion, act like their life is so hard because if you poor or even quote, quote, quote, middle class ooh, you got no idea. You're on easy mode, we on hard mode. Okay, so shut up, I just don't, I don't have compassion for such weakness. Look, I get it. If you have a hard time, I have a hard. But if you're going to say, oh, my parents yell at me or oh, the cashier just looked at me, funny, I don't care, go the hell up, I'm not gonna care, I'm not gonna care. And this is all the adult thing. This is not a black, white, beige, rainbow skin color thing. This is an adult thing. So we gotta stop being children. Okay, grow up.
Speaker 2:Deal with a whole bunch of people. The ones well, the ones you like, that's easy, but the ones you don't like, you have to learn. Deal with those. I work with a bunch of people I don't like. You know even he's promoting black americans. So you know what? I would have detected hate already. I would never have them all in the first place. Fat, I would never have them all in the first place. I don't see hate. You should try to help out black Americans and I can tell when someone's being hateful Say someone's similar skin color, spewing hate Anti-white, anti-, even anti Latino times. If you know what's rare, but I found a few I said I'm going to leave you to the curve, I'm not dealing with you, and even if you talk to me, I'm going to say hell, no, you come to me If I see that you like to play the victim and just bash everybody, like Louis Farrakhan. I don't support Someone like him, or even other radical people. There's definitely more radical white people Because there's just too hard. Okay, kkk, oh no, they're not getting a class. Or even other radical people. There's definitely more radical white people because there's just too hard though anything. Kkk, oh no, they're not getting a class. Hell, I mean Daryl Davis. I'd like to have him on because he's a brave black American that commits a lot of them to turn their ways from KKK. I'm not even sure I'll ever have that, because he needs to be in history books. He's trying to clean up the remnants of racism.
Speaker 2:America's slowly getting better, but we gotta kind of put this on turbo charge now. We gotta be more aggressive and vigilant against it and I'm gonna say, oh my goodness, this person treat me this way because I'm Latino and Black. No, I gotta look into the facts. I look into the facts and sometimes your points will be disproven and there's times it's gonna be accurate. But some people in Saudi corporations they're a little slick about how they enforce or try to quash discrimination. They gotta be very vigilant. They gotta make sure you document things to the T Documentation, documentation, documentation, not emotion. Emotion's not gonna help. Yeah, can you have emotion? Yeah, but it's not gonna help you. That's all I'm gonna say. That's my perspective on race in this country. It's very nuanced. I don't think of it right away, but if you make it easy I'm going to think it.
Speaker 1:Yeah.
Speaker 2:Let's call out one MAGA person, laura Loomer, for her comment about dissing Indians. White House smell like curry. It having thick accents, you can't hardly understand English. I said oh yeah, that's racist. That is definitely racist. There is no taking that one out of context. It's as racist as it is. And even Marjorie Taylor Greene has to look good in that argument. That's sad. Yeah, she's a low standard too too. I already bashed her many times. You know her argument with Jasmine Crockett. I didn't forget about that one. That was a shit show. I took Jasmine Crockett's side, even though AOC and Latina. I said Jasmine Crockett, don't need you, sweetie, you didn't do much, stop it, yeah she had the buddies.
Speaker 2:All girls said stop, stop, crocker, don't need you. Sweetie, you didn't do much, stop it. Yeah, she had the buddy. Yeah, there's all girls that stop, stop, stop. Aoc. That was very cringy for her. Jasmine Crockett can handle herself. Yeah, okay, it's like man. I could go on for a while, but y'all get the point. That's my perspective on race in general and, as I've seen, people are the most mixed DNA-wise. Sadly, we got the colonial white.
Speaker 2:Yeah, we got the black. We definitely got the Indian and, if we're lucky enough, even some Chinese Japanese mixed in there. Definitely not me, not for Japanese mix in there, definitely not me, not for my lineage in particular, but some of them got that as well. We are the most mixed. That's why I come up with a label, because we are too damn complicated. Labels mix, labels mix is lazy, just like the African American label. It's very lazy. Okay, well, black people over there, there's Jamaican, it's just like the African-American label. It's very lazy. Okay, well, back to people over there. There's Jamaican, there's, you know, even just black, american, african-american. It's very deceiving. Even with white American, wow, ooh, what kind of white.
Speaker 2:You're Russian, you're Eastern European, I'm referring to that one. Most of the time You're referring more to British French, even sometimes Eastern European, I refer to that one. Most of the time you refer more to British French, even sometimes Italian, if they're going to be A little kind, but that's, but that's, you know. And even Even the Asian. Oh, you talking about Indian From India? Or you talking about Chinese, japanese? These labels, they don't serve well and I'm happy that I'm trying to be Cogniz, talking about chinese, japanese, what these? These labels. They don't. They don't serve well and I'm happy that I'm trying to be cognizant of that. I'm trying to be real kind to that because at times I don't slip up. I don't slip up, but feel free to correct me because I like to be corrected. My ego I don't protect my ego. If my ego was a person, it would have got killed already. I don't protect my ego. If the ego is's a hostage, I'll let it die. Yep, that's all I'm gonna say about that. Alright, we went on for a long while.
Speaker 2:I'm sensitive about it, ain't about the words and stupid petty stuff like that. They get manning with a little attitude. Who cares about that? That person's miserable, let's look at that. That person's already butt hurt. Before you approach them, they're drinking their poison. Just make sure you don't share the poison. I know it's easy to fall for that, but let them drink that poison alone at the end of the day. So that's what I'm going to say about that's a little life lesson, okay. That's why it's very rare for me to get upset over petty stuff like that.
Speaker 2:And you know, I mean we talked a lot about politics, for sure, and even about even perspective black, I mean. Throw the little Latino perspective in there about what's going on with the shift in demographics and that a republic has made some gain with, I think, particularly young black men, if I'm not mistaken that there's definitely small gains in there Definitely not as big with the Latino, but there's definitely more gains in there. So, democrats, pay attention, pay attention. If you keep this up, you will slowly lose the minority vote. I try to use as much. Yeah, you see these people, you know I try to use minority only as less than you know. I try to use minority only as less than um, less than half. I try to use it more numerically instead of the whole. The freaking political identity. Yeah, and yes, that's true, white woman is technically a minority, even though she's white. Yep, that's it.
Speaker 2:Get mad at me. All you want these are things. Get bad. Express your anger. Document it. Document in the comments that I encourage you. Do it, do it, do it, do it, do it, do it, do it. 18. What up, bro, because I don't know. Babies in this thing, that's something I'm protecting. Yeah, when it comes to kids, I'm authoritarian. Censorship all the way to your age yeah, and I agree with and this comes from a Republican woman. Say, yeah, I'm with you, authoritarian for the kids, yep, uh-huh, you protect them from the craziness Until they're 18, then I'll say be liberal. And I'm like, eh, be liberal, I prefer 25, but I'll settle with 18. Even though they're still stupid at that age. But whatever, oops, I just lost all my Gen Z audience.
Speaker 1:Oh, well, if you're strong.
Speaker 2:you know what I mean If you're weak. Goodbye, gen Z is gone.
Speaker 1:They're like alright, you called us stupid.
Speaker 2:I can't believe it. I did the Kamala Harris thing, calling young people dumb.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I was going to mention that. She was like now 18 to 25, they really stupid. You tell me You're like you just said they were smart. You just said in the speech that you needed young voters.
Speaker 2:Yeah, but that's such a minor mistake. Compared to JD Vance's own child's cat lady thing, that's a much bigger.
Speaker 1:Oh, that was JD Vance man.
Speaker 2:Just a dummy. That's what JD stands for.
Speaker 1:JD's Vance. He reminds me of something. He looks like somebody, man he looks. He looks like one of my homies I knew, like a banker Bro. Look at him, he looks like a banker, for sure he also looks. He looks like a um, god damn it. He looks like a TV character and I can't put my finger on it Like man. It's gonna hit me like later on tonight. I know it to hit me like later on tonight. I know it's going to hit me later on tonight.
Speaker 2:Oh, that's a concert for your show. Check him out when he figures that out. Check him out when he figures that out. I think the only thing I can think of around the top of my head is probably like a young Jack Nicholson's son, maybe I don't know.
Speaker 1:I'm not sure. That's not what I'm thinking of Watch. That's not what I'm thinking of Watch. It's going to hit me later on tonight, or it's going to hit me in a couple days.
Speaker 2:Watch Well that's content for your show. Check him out. Check him out Out of my plugins. Check him out. Okay, check him out and check out his show. It's good stuff. It's good stuff If you get past your emotional Kool-Aid. Just check it out. It's good stuff. He researches, makes it fun. You learn something. It's not just him talking out of his ass. If you think that, then you're missing out on something. He does research. He does insane stuff live. I watch, I try to catch him as much as I can. You know I'm a very busy person, but whenever I do, I generally support it and I gotta get back to doing that because I've been juggling a whole bunch of stuff dealing with two jobs in this. Tough, tough, tough, tough, tough.
Speaker 2:Yeah, man I like getting through somehow and my podcast could be dying in November, november, december and even January In January. I'm taking a big hiatus after that, a big, big hiatus. You should relax. I need it. After this presidential thing is done, I don't need a break and I can gather my thoughts to talk about New York City's insanity, because, mams, I think I personally think he's done and the progressives are out for blood. They already said they campaigned. Three candidates I know of already setting up campaigns. They already started attacking that campaign. Three candidates I know of already setting up campaigns. They already started attacking Eric Adams. They're out for blood, the New York City Progressives, and they always hated them. But now they're just striking right now. They're striking when the iron is hot, okay, and Republicans I don't know, some of y'all are just cartoon characters in my opinion.
Speaker 1:Kind of, is they getting the Hulkamania thing? Look here, brother, you're going to vote for Trump how you like.
Speaker 2:Dude, that was cool in the fucking 1980s. All right, we in 2024. That's why I'm saying People live by themselves. I'm being serious. That was cool in 1980s. We in 2024. Most of people don't even know who the hell you are anymore, except for you know. Let me not even go there, except for advanced age people. How about that?
Speaker 1:the elders, the elderly people. You know that's a good way to say it. You know what I mean advanced age people. How about that? The elders, the elderly people. There you go. You know that's a good way to say it. You know what I mean Advanced age. That's hilarious.
Speaker 2:But whatever you see, he brings the comedy out of me, because sometimes I just I throw a little something in there and maybe I get it.
Speaker 1:I be listening, bro, I be listening to it and I be like, uh, they kind of didn't get the joke. Or they'd be like I'm a fool already, like when you be saying certain things and the guests just be like, well, yeah, back to the topic again. You know I wrote a book and the book talks about railroads and you know the railroads and you'd be like, damn, he just talked about the Roadrunner and the Wile E Coyote.
Speaker 2:All right, I know I got more and I definitely got to bring more to the entertainment factor, that's for sure. I have to listen to myself. I've been listening more to myself. There's a few things I got to stop. I've been kind of holding back on some of them, especially when it comes to professional people. I'm going to try to mix that up kind of nicely because I think ever since I've been dealing with professional people, I think I'm going to cut some of this thing out. That listen, I think I've been a little too watered down on some of the issues. I mean, I try to be creative, mix it up.
Speaker 2:I say war within, you know, try to attack negativity, attack oppression. You can attack the pressure and all that. Sometimes it hits, sometimes it misses, yeah, I see, but it needs to go out there and people like it, they like it, they don't, they don't. That's just feedback regardless. It's information. That's all I need. Good, bad, it don't matter, I just need information. And one of them said about my sound and I said well, I'm going to fix that some other time. But hey, I've been making more AI videos talking about stuff, because sometimes I'm lazy. Yes, I just throw a couple of things. Ai do the damn thing for me. I admit it, you don't know what AI is generating. They don't have a thumbnail, or whatever AI do the thumbnail. I want to see how they perform. Some perform good, some perform crap. So we'll see about that. Alrighty, then, anything you want to add before I wrap this up.
Speaker 1:I just want to add man, thank you, elias, for having me on your show again. Berber, yeah, you other people out there that got podcasts and shows, don't be no scary asshole, get me on the show. We got things to talk about. I'm'm noticing, I'm like man, but I do appreciate you for having me on here again. You bring out different topics that I don't sometimes talk about or get to talk about other people with. You feel me, and you bring a latino perspective, you feel me, which is good to have. You know. I mean, um, I do. I do appreciate the uh, letting me kind of kind of talk in a sense and not try to try to censor, in a sense, or try to steer the conversation a certain way. I do appreciate that. I do appreciate you identifying me as a black american. You feel me. I do want to shout out my FBA fan, my B1 fan, my Freedmen fan, my Ados fan, and I do want to shout out the allies that we have. I know it's a minuscule of allies that we have, but I want to shout out my allies and, elias, you're one of the allies. You know what I mean, what we got going on. Also, I want to say that I will always fight for us getting cash reparations to start out with and an anti-black hate crime bill, and fighting for us to get justice. At the end of the day, I'm not here to hate, you feel me. I'm here to support my group and if you take it as hate, you go eat a dick and that's you feel me. That's, that's all I could say about that, because maybe you got hate in your heart and you could let it out somewhere else. You feel me? Um, and yeah, just uh. If y'all want to find me, I am on the tube, I'm on, you know, twitch. I'm on twitter, I'm on apple podcast, spotify, I have radio across all those platforms. I keep it simple Kamal Johnson Network. I'm going to say it one more time Kamal Johnson Network. All right, k-a-m-a-l-j-o-h-n-s-o-n Network. If you want to find me, all right, and look y'all.
Speaker 1:I do accept detractors and people that got their own opinion about stuff. Y'all could call in comment. I'd rather y'all call in, just call in at this point, because y'all be having comments, y'all be, y'all be all over the place. Sometimes I'll be like I don't understand what the hell you're saying. So I'd rather y'all call in. But y'all want to come in and comment and stuff. Be my guest. I allow all the comments. So you see your comment on not on there. That's YouTube erasing, which means you probably violated something, because I don't erase nothing. But at the end of the day, don't get butthurt when you get my response and yeah, that's all, that's all I have to say. Say about that and y'all, y'all get the numbers up for elias uh podcast. You feel me highly political? You feel me get? Let's get the get. I said it wrong. Politically high, is it? I thought it was highly political.
Speaker 2:Politically high, hey there you go, huh I said highly political.
Speaker 1:I mean, we were highly political today. That's probably what it was. We didn't talk about any tech. You're feeling politically high tech, man. Let's get them numbers up, man, you feel me, y'all go, y'all go, tune in, check it out, man lives. We have been, I say, a lot of good guests. Some of your guests I'd be like hey, but you'd be having, for the most part you'd be having a lot of good guests, a lot of good knowledge on here, and stuff like that. Let's get them numbers up, let's get this out there and stuff like that. And I do appreciate you for having me on here, elias, thank you.
Speaker 2:Yeah, no, I go by quality, I go by insight. I don't go by feelings, I don't go by skin color, political orientation. That is not my criteria. There are great Democrats. That is not my criteria. They're great democrats. They're great republicans. They're great even third party. I met a great libertarian. I didn't think they exist. I thought they were all mentally ill and crazy. But one of the bunk. That for me. So check them out. Check his show out there.
Speaker 2:I'm gonna put so much links, even to the old episodes as well. All links could be in the description where I find his top match and whatever he decides to send me, I'm just going to promote it. I'm just promoting it as long as the link works. That's the only criteria. As long as I Kamal Johnson network not let me throw this crazy example help white people network. There you go. Yes, I don't care. This is on censor at this point. You know if it's that I said. I know that's not him. Oh, he's just trolling me, zach, I doubt he's gonna do that. But seriously, check out the links. Yeah, he's all over social medias more than me.
Speaker 2:I'm not sure I'm gonna do TikTok. I don't even know that ban's gonna happen. I changed my mind on it. I used to hate on TikTok. I'm pro TikTok. I don't do TikTok. I don't even know that ban's going to happen. I changed my mind on it. I used to hate on TikTok. I'm pro-TikTok. It helps small businesses. I changed my mind. See, you got to convince me I'm a rational guy. You just got to convince me. What's wrong with telling me about how good it helps small businesses? You don't want to change your mind. You know, let the Chinese spy on and he's spying on the dumb people. Hey, that's it. So that's it. You know they're not getting the best of the best. I'll tell you that much. Yeah, so that's it. That's what I'm going to say about that. So for, whenever you listen to this podcast, have a blessed day, afternoon or night. Peace out y'all.
Speaker 1:Woo-woo. Blessed day, afternoon or night, peace out y'all woop, woop.
